In a state of emergency, such as we are in now with the "War on Terror" the president has the POWER to over ride the congress, by using his Authority under caleed "Executive Order." Our Presidents have been making agreements with the New World Order Round Table Groups behind our backs and there seems to be nothing we can do about it.
